Ubuntu Mantic nginx & php-fm config

You need to add this to /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default to execute php files on Nginx Server:

root@homey:/etc/nginx/sites-enabled# cat /etc/nginx/sites-available/default

# Default server configuration
#
server {
	listen 80 default_server;
	listen [::]:80 default_server;

	# SSL configuration
	#
	# listen 443 ssl default_server;
	# listen [::]:443 ssl default_server;
	#
	# Note: You should disable gzip for SSL traffic.
	# See: https://bugs.debian.org/773332
	#
	# Read up on ssl_ciphers to ensure a secure configuration.
	# See: https://bugs.debian.org/765782
	#
	# Self signed certs generated by the ssl-cert package
	# Don't use them in a production server!
	#
	# include snippets/snakeoil.conf;

	root /var/www/html;

	# Add index.php to the list if you are using PHP
	index index.html index.php ;

	server_name _;

	location / {
		# First attempt to serve request as file, then
		# as directory, then fall back to displaying a 404.
		try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?$query_string;
	}

	# pass PHP scripts to FastCGI server
	#
	location ~ \.php$ {
	#	include snippets/fastcgi-php.conf;
	#
		#	try_files $uri =404;
		fastcgi_split_path_info ^(.+\.php)(/.+)$;
		fastcgi_pass unix:/var/run/php/php8.2-fpm.sock;
		fastcgi_index index.php;
		fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME $document_root/$fastcgi_script_name;
		include fastcgi_params;
	}
}

Here is a good .htaccess file:

root@homey:/var/www/html# cat .htaccess
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

RewriteEngine On

## Begin RewriteBase
# If you are getting 500 or 404 errors on subpages, you may have to uncomment the RewriteBase entry
# You should change the '/' to your appropriate subfolder. For example if you have
# your Grav install at the root of your site '/' should work, else it might be something
# along the lines of: RewriteBase /<your_sub_folder>
